2025 SGC (School Graduation Certificate) Collection

Notification for Collection of School Graduation Certificate (SGC) 2024

Dear Ex-TKsians (O-Level Class of 2024),

Your School Graduation Certificate (SGC) is ready for collection from 2 June 2025 to 27 June 2025, and can be collected at our General Office from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, every Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Collection Details:

1) Please bring along your NRIC/student’s pass for our verification purpose.

2) If you're unable to collect it in person, you can authorise a proxy to collect it on your behalf. To do so, please prepare the following documents:

a.      Letter of Authorisation

b.      Photocopy of your NRIC/Student Pass

c.      Photocopy of the proxy's original NRIC

Important Reminder: Uncollected certificates will be disposed of after the retention period. We encourage you to collect your certificate within the specified timeframe.

3) Students will need to be dressed appropriately before being allowed entry to Tanjong Katong Secondary School.
