Instructions to Parents & Students on Purchase of Text and Workbooks, PE Attire and School Uniform 2026

Dear Parents/Guardians,

In view of the end of the year the sales of textbooks, materials, school uniform and the PE attire for academic year 2026, School will continue to offer online sales and delivery services, with the option for self-collection in school.
Parents/guardians are strongly advised to purchase school items online at https://www.pacificbookstores.com with option for home delivery (fixed delivery charge of $14.90 applies). The online ordering system is available from 6 Nov 2025 to 13 Dec 2025.
Parents/guardians of S2-S4 cohorts of the next academic year are strongly advised to place orders by end-November to ensure timely deliveries and to avoid the peak sales period in the last two weeks of December to avoid a last-minute rush to purchase books and uniforms.
Students who are on FAS, General Office will issue the approved FAS letter separately.
Please refer to the proposed selling dates for Textbooks, Stationery and Uniform for information on self-collection for FAS, self-collection for online and walk-in purchase dates.
For students who have not received their uniform by 1 Jan 2026, they may report to school in primary school PE attire on 2 Jan 2026.

Self-Collection at School Bookshop upon online ordering (date of collection will be available on website upon ordering at https://www.pacificbookstores.com) 2. Walk-In Purchase (in School). Kindly refer to the date and time stated on booklist.
Exchange Details	Textbooks: Students to exchange textbooks directly at school bookshop from 2 Jan 2026 onwards, when school re-opens. - Venue: School Bookstores - Time: 9am to 3pm (Avoid recess time)

FAS Students Purchase	FAS Self-Collections will be available on 5 & 9-12 Dec 2025 at school bookstores. - Please do NOT make any purchase first if you intend to apply/are applying for financial assistance with the school. Please wait for the school to inform you of your application status. -New! You can now order your FAS Book and Uniform online using the school issued FAS letter with the FAS Access Code. Orders can be made for self-collection or home delivery. Please check the vendor’s wwebsite for the available delivery and self-collection dates. Home delivery charges are to be paid by parents.
