Financial Assistance (FAS) Application

The MOE Financial Assistance (FAS) Application is now open for application for 2025.

We have attached the FAS criteria eligibility (Pamphlet) and Application Form for submission. All required documents must be submitted together with your completed application form for approval. Parents may choose either to apply MOE FAS through

(i) eFAS (https://go.gov.sg/moe-efas) or (ii) Hardcopy form.

Both the link for eFAS and hardcopy application form is attached in this notification, including the QR code.

Please submit the completed hardcopy FAS forms and supporting documents at the General Office or via eFAS link, by Friday, 25 October 2024.

Application strictly via hardcopy form is required for below scenario:

a. families with other dependents (Great grandparents, Aunties/Uncles, Cousins and others)
b. family with more than 6 children in GGAS
c. family with more than 5 unmarried children not in GGAS
d. family with more than 3 grandparents in the household

Note:

i. If your child is a ComCare recipient, you do not need to submit the application form for MOE FAS as MOE FAS will be auto granted to ComCare beneficiaries.
ii. School reserves the rights to request for any other documents as and when required for the purpose of verifying the income and other status.
iii. Please prepare all softcopy supporting documents in advance.
